Mikkel Knop has been promoted to Technical Support Team Lead! 

At CapaSystems, we always seek talented individuals who can make a real difference for our customers and team. So, it’s a great pleasure to announce that Mikkel Knop, a core part of CapaSystems throughout the last four years during his IT specialist training, has taken a significant step forward as Technical Support Team Lead in our Support Department. 

From Apprentice to Team Lead – Mikkel has taken on responsibility from day one 

After completing his training this summer, Mikkel was qualified and hired as a full-time Technical Support Engineer. From the start, his ability to take responsibility and drive projects forward was evident and perfectly aligned with CapaSystems’ values.  

Not only has he developed his technical skills to a high level, but he has also established himself as an essential cultural ambassador for the team. 

A Key Player in Our Brand DNA 

As Technical Support Team Lead, Mikkel becomes an even more central part of our mission to deliver reliable and effective solutions—the core of CapaSystems’ brand DNA. Our aim has always been to create more than just products; we strive to be trusted partners for our clients. In this regard, Mikkel is an ideal figurehead, demonstrating a strong focus on structure and oversight within the support team.

A Mentor Who Lifts Others Along the Way 

First, Mikkel has already proven to be an excellent mentor to our new trainee, Mitesh, who benefits from Mikkel’s knowledge and support daily. Additionally, Mikkel consistently takes the lead, showing how responsibility and long-term thinking can bring immense value to colleagues and clients.  

These qualities make him the ideal Team Lead.
