ISC Consulting Engineers has been a customer of CapaSystems since 2012, which is no coincidence. For Thomas Dennig, Team Lead IT, it is about much more than just software:

Since the beginning, ISC has used CapaInstaller as its Unified Endpoint Management solution. When CapaSystems introduced their first cloud solutions under the CapaOne umbrella, ISC was among the first to test the products and provide input. TCapaOne Updater, CapaOne Drivers, CapaOne AdminOnDemand, and CapaOne MDM are now playing a central role in the IT department’s daily operations.

– CapaOne ensures that drivers and third-party software are updated daily through workflows. This automation allows us to focus our time on other tasks, explains Thomas.

CapaOne AdminOnDemand ensures control over privileged administrator rights, while CapaOne MDM manages mobile devices, keeping them secure and efficient. With six IT employees managing 270 PC’s and 250 mobile devices, automation has created oversight and efficiency.

For Thomas Dennig, it’s not just the functionality of the products that makes CapaSystems the preferred choice.

– We could go to many other Microsoft partners and get similar products, but we don’t. CapaSystems has become deeply ingrained in our company, and we greatly respect the service they provide, he explains.

After a recent CIS18 audit, it became clear that ISC needs to intensify its efforts to meet security requirements. Fortunately, CapaOne helps support many of the necessary tasks.

– We need to work even more with CapaOne to meet security requirements. But that is precisely one of the solution’s strengths – it takes care of many of the tasks that would otherwise require many manual hours to manage, concludes Thomas.
